Warranty

For the warranty to be valid, the products must have been used under normal conditions, following the installation, care, and maintenance recommendations indicated by Puntmobles XXI S.L. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, negligence, or improper handling of the product.
• Repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
• Acts of vandalism, impacts, or accidents. Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Wear resulting from ordinary use.

Likewise, the warranty does not include:

• Discoloration, tonal variation, or natural changes inherent to wood, as these are intrinsic characteristics of this material and its natural aging.
• Damage resulting from the use of abrasive or non-recommended cleaning products.
• Alterations caused by humidity, extreme heat, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.

The warranty comes into effect at the moment the buyer takes possession of the purchased products. From that point on:

• Any damage resulting from improper storage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• The warranty applies exclusively to the original buyer and is not transferable without the express authorization of Puntmobles XXI S.L.

The customer must notify Puntmobles XXI S.L. of any lack of conformity within a maximum period of two (2) months from the time they became aware of it. The communication must include:

• Description of the defect or incident.
• Invoice or proof of purchase.
• Photographs or videos of the affected product.

Once the lack of conformity has been verified, Puntmobles XXI S.L. may proceed, depending on the case, to:

• Repair the product.
• Replace it with another of equivalent characteristics.
• Apply a proportional reduction in price.
• Proceed with a refund, in accordance with current regulations.

Repairs or replacements carried out under this warranty do not extend the total duration of the coverage period.

• Natural variations in color, texture, or grain in the materials used, especially in wood or organic materials.
• Damage resulting from steam cleaning, abrasive solvents, or non-recommended methods.
• Deformations caused by exposure to excessive humidity, extreme heat, or direct solar radiation.
• Damage occurring during transport not managed by Puntmobles XXI S.L.

The use, installation, or receipt of the product implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this warranty document.
